Carer Unite is committed to ensuring that all clients, family members, and carers are free to lodge complaints and grievances and to have those dealt with promptly and fairly. Management of disputes and grievances will be fair to both the complainant and respondent. The complainant will be responded to courteously and will be given high priority for resolution and remediation.
