The role of Carer Unite is to provide support to meet the individual’s needs of people with a disability. The support services provided including:

Disability Support Services
Supporting people with a disability with personal care, community access, and home management.

Transport service
Help people with a disability to access community activities and services, health professional services etc.

Household Chores
Help with household tasks like gardening and cleaning to allow the participant to maintain their home environment

Support Independent Living
Help to learn independent living skills like getting around on public transport, managing money, and preparing meals etc.
Coordinating with Other Health Professionals and Community Service Providers
Carer Unite is committed to addressing the varied and specific needs of our clients by working with other health professionals and service providers to deliver quality, consumer-focused services. To ensure the quality of our services and the safety of clients, Carer Unite only deals with duly registered and accredited professionals and service providers.
